Hello everyone! I have not updated in a while and I apologize but I have been having trouble with my laptop.

Personally, I think it would be hard to do flip-turns with that "board" on.

Furthermore, This video is for all groups. Some swimmers question us when we give them a kick set. This video explains why it is important. I think you should watch it, and even try the drills next practice.

I do not know how many times I have said,"Streamline!" in one practice, but some still forget to do it. I cannot stress enough how important it is to Stream line off every wall. PLEASE WATCH THIS! This applies to everyone.
