Here are some new drills I would like you to take a look at.
Number One:
"Balanced swim/Kick body roll Steady head"

-When some kids swim they over rotate and move their head in extreme directions. Keep your head steady while swimming as shown in this drill. This will benefit all of you!
Number Two:
Narrow Your Shoulders, this Drill is a bit of a continuation of the drill number one. Teaching how to swim balance. When swimming balanced you will be able to swim faster and more efficiently.

Number Three:
Finger Tip Drag, this should be familiar to most of you. It is a basic drill and is so effective at the same time!
NOTICE- High elbows and the swimmer is not slapping his hand and arm on the top of the water. It is very controlled.
